Nitrogen cabin results
The skin temperature of study subjects was measured before and after treatment. The treatment duration in both cabins was 3 minutes.
The thermal camera images clearly show the decrease in skin surface temperature caused by the nitrogen cabin and the e°CABIN™. The e°CABIN™ result is more even, and a more even cooling of the skin surface has also been achieved in the upper torso.

CTN e°CABIN™ uses patented technology and treatment solutions based on electrically operated freezing technology combined with a smart real-time monitoring system. Smart technology for safe treatments
During a whole body treatment session, the e°CABIN TM uses six sensors to monitor the skin’s surface temperature in real-time and control the cooling-down process according to the obtained data.
When the set target temperature for the skin has been achieved, the device maintains this skin surface temperature for another 30 seconds. The device issues an audio alert when the treatment session ends, after which the door can be opened, and the lift is lowered.

INCREASES ENERGY LEVELS
The extremely low temperatures in a whole body cryotherapy chamber enacts an amazing physiological response on the body. In order to keep an average temperature, the nervous system goes through a process called vasoconstriction – constricting of the arteries and blood vessels. This cuts down inflammation and more blood stays in the body’s core. That extra-oxygenated blood is then sent around the body increasing energy.
INCREASED PERFORMANCE
Whole body cryotherapy acts at a muscular and cardiovascular level, therefore, when applied before intense exercise it increases physical performance and resistance. Whole body cryotherapy (WBC) involves short exposures to air temperatures below −100°C. This activates the body’s natural healing abilities and releases different hormones and enzymes in the process.
The history of whole body cryotherapy (WBC) originates from Japan in 1978 when Dr Yamaguchi started using freezing treatments of short duration on his patients skin to treat rheumatoid arthritis for pain relief purposes. The same principle was then used in Europe where ”Cryocabins” were developed to treat the whole body more efficiently.
